Job Description

Reporting to a Web Content Manger on Key’s digital marketing team, the successful “Web Content Implementation Specialist” will contribute to delivering an amazing client experience on key.com. The person in this role will focus on the development and maintenance of website content using a web content management (CMS) tool using approved brand and editorial standards with a keen attention to detail.

Candidates will need firsthand experience adding content to websites with attention to accuracy, basic HTML, spelling, format, and assembling components in a CMS. Basic CSS knowledge would be a plus. This person needs to possess strong organizational skills and be results oriented. S(he) needs to possess excellent judgment skills and be able to multi-task.

Core Job Duties:

• Assists in the development and implementation of content on websites

• Point of contact with web support team for site issue and disaster recovery exercises

• May be involved with integrating with designers to produce a final layout compatible with corporate standards

• Works under general supervision, supports web content managers

• Supporting Web Content Managers in day-to-day website development, testing, and editing needs

• Implement SEO recommendations

Skills Needed:

• Basic knowledge of HTML, DHTML and JavaScript programming language.

• Experience using content management platform (SDL tridion is a plus)

• Experience with cross-browser testing and optimization required

• Familiarity with web analytics software (Omniture) preferred

• Highly Organized & efficient

• Able to manage several ongoing projects at a single time

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly

• Sense of urgency & good decision making abilities

• Ability to work well in large and small groups
