JOB BRIEF
This is a virtual/remote position which can be performed from most states within the United states. The individual in this role will serve as the technical lead for the Community Bank Real Estate Secured Servicing and Default Management technology stack and provide technical thought leadership for the development, enhancement and on-going support for the stack. This position is a very highly visible position within the organization which is designed to achieve maximized profit potential and/or market share by directing allocated resources to assist in the execution of new product rollout, system enhancements, compliance/ risk mitigation, training and daily support of the core applications that run within the Community Bank Real Estate Secured Servicing domain.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Provide business, system, and operational analysis and maintenance to sustain and maximize performance, stability, security, and compliance.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert on development projects from inception to ensure the project design and implementation meets standards.
  • Perform analysis/research of system and operational capabilities and modifications based on desired requirements
  • Lead architects, analysts, developers, and testers to development the necessary scope, requirements, and technical designs/specifications for our projects and BAU efforts.
  • Assist system users and support and delivery teams by analyzing and responding to system and operational inquiries and irregularities.
  • Participate in various workshops in order to understand trends, upcoming compliance changes and maintain knowledge of real estate servicing technology industry.
  • Ability to work at an architecture design level as well as hands on development of our distributed and mainframe platforms.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • Senior level technical knowledge of Black Knight technology stack - primarily focused on MSP but also inclusive of other Loansphere products such as Foreclosure, Bankruptcy and Claims
  • Significant technical experience building and supporting service-based and batch (mainframe) integration patterns
  • Knowledge of real estate secured industry technology platforms outside of Black Knight such as CACS/CAS, Early Resolution (loss mitigation), ALS, PHH, Miser, OBP, etc…
  • Strong technical leadership capability
  • Strong core banking knowledge and experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess new and unfamiliar issues and work through potential solutions, issues, and risks
  • Confidence in the decisions they make and the ability to evaluate and counter alternative ideas and represent their reasoning in forums
  • Interact with internal and external partners at all levels within the organization and represent our technical platform
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking, communications and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel to meetings and seminars (very infrequently)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • Prior experience in large, diverse technology environments
  • Consumer mortgage and home equity loan/line of credit lending experience – Black Knight MSP experience an additional plus
  • Experience working on or leading an agile/scrum team
