Job Description

We simplify the process for both borrowers and bankers, while increasing choices of products, improving tracking, and offering a positive banking experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provides training to QC Analysts for various monitoring, Quality Control, and/or testing reviews.
  • Performs audits on individual loan applications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provides thorough independent investigations and in-depth analysis of loans and responds to all outside inquiries regarding the aspects of the loan.
    Researches, identifies, and works independently with the various departments to resolve any variances determined.
  • Identifies operational control gaps and creates new monitoring and testing activities and implements them on a go-forward basis.
  • Responsible for providing reporting on the reviews and identify trending or control gaps
  • Verifies adherence to stated policies, regulatory requirements, and alignment between source documentation and the systems of record.
  • Functions as an information source for various company departments when critical quality issues and/or projects arise.
  • Assists in an enhanced capacity with research requests received from Bank Deals, Audits and/or Securitizations.
  • Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
  • High school diploma with 2+ years equivalent work experience; College Degree preferred.
  • Banking experience and experience reviewing Credit Reports preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of consumer lending products being monitored.
    Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience reviewing Credit Reports preferred.
  • Acute attention to detail, ability to Multi-task, and Time-Management skills are a must.
  • Self-sufficient, independent starter willing to take on any task assigned with minimal supervision and provide the required deliverables within the determined timeframe.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
