ABOUT THE JOB (JOB BRIEF)

The Senior Product Manager role for Business Credit Card will be responsible for leading product strategy & development, on-going product management, and sales enablement activities supporting our consumer and business banking line of business partners. This role requires the ability to manage both internal partners, third party vendors, and sales distribution channels to drive initiatives forward.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Ability to define and drive execution of Key’s Business Credit Card business, strategy, and product roadmap -- including omni channel feedback to drive continued investment decisioning.
  • Align with business development leaders to continually enhance our value proposition and define areas of opportunity to solve across the business card spectrum.
  • Affluent in the ability to influence and drive initiatives surrounding credit underwriting, account management, and portfolio analytics
  • Subject matter product expert for technology, operations, contact center, and other business partners on our Business Credit Cards and ability to effectively partner with them to continually enhance our business initiatives.
  • Appropriately build and manage vendor relationships to enhance our product roadmap and resolve product gaps – identification and evaluation of vendor partners whom may have the ability to shorten development timelines and cost effectiveness of roadmap
  • Ability to monitor external trends across payments to identify additional opportunities for the business and sizing the business case required to deliver


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of credit card experience -- including strategy, product, or related credit card experience in financial services, consulting or technology.
Preferred QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with Payments products, especially credit card payments.
  • Data driven mentality
  • Ability to effectively work in a matrixed organization with colleagues across various reporting structures.
  • Excellent influencing, consulting and communication (both oral and written) skills, with the ability to successfully interact with and relate complex technical information to multiples audiences in business terms.
  • Knowledge, insight, and understanding of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
  • Knowledge of the concepts, principles, and processes of design thinking; ability to utilize the knowledge in designing new products and services and even improving organizational operation.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with an ability to innovate (ie. Think outside of the box) to come up with optimal solutions.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management.
  • Acute attention to detail with an ability to identify or discover trends or themes.
  • Ability to clearly articulate methodology for issue resolution to complex problems.
  • Analytical thought process and ability to determine paths of action and make recommendations to remediate issues.
  • Previous success in implementing simple and efficient product development or project management programs and processes.
  • Problem Solving and Critical thinking, with the ability to identify root cause and proper solution.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $124,000.00 to $140,000.00 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
