ABOUT THE JOB

With minimal supervision, able to lead requirements gathering sessions. Work with clients, developers, and other groups to create and deliver requirements document. Work with Testing group to ensure requirements are testable and defects are documented and tracked. Very good written and verbal communication skills

*Position can be located anywhere.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Leads requirement gathering meetings

Collaborates to create & deliver requirement documents

Ensures requirements have all the required data elements

Ability to document/ develop current and create future Business Process work flows with the LOB

Can navigate between requirements and defects

Reviews & drives defect Resolution

Create & execute test management plan / test strategy

Intermediate knowledge of testing concepts

Build / execute test scripts including input from LOB

Execute complex test scripts

Provide input on Test Strategy

Create Unit Test Summary Report

Provide in depth KT's to Test Lead on requirements for project

Creates and updates plan during implementation

Communicates implementation plan to all involved parties

Identifies risks and documents them in he risk plan

Provides input to mitigation strategy

Creates communication plan

Provides input to / updates release plan / project plan

Collaborates with team members

Understands business functions not just in related technology

Anticipates business needs

Ability to facilitate all meetings & tasks

Ability to drive issue/defect resolution

Lead any project related meetings

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 6 years experience in business analyst role or equivalent. Very good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with others, and independently. Takes accountability/responsibility for tasks and actions. Intermediate level knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio and Power Point). Intermediate Knowledge and understanding of PLC. Ability to multi task across multiple projects
