Job Description

Train and prepare employees through the continued evolution of KeyBank’s financial wellness experience program.
Plan, develop and deliver readiness programs that support employees in building and deepening client relationships rooted in financial wellness.
Work cross-functionally to ensure employees feel supported through tailored change management programs.
Keep employees involved and at the forefront through feedback and validation testing that will be used to inform experience enhancements.
Ensure employees are rewarded, recognized and inspired by positive financial wellness outcomes for clients.
Use agile methodologies to work iteratively, supporting continuous learning and collaboration with partners
Ensure employee-centric strategies and financial wellness initiatives are consistent with KeyBank’s overarching value propositions.

Lead and participate in promotional activities and presentations.
Be a thought-leader and change agent with regard to improving internal processes and procedures over time.

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
Ability to lead and thrive cross-functionally, while managing cross-project dependences
Strong mix of quantitative, qualitative and problem-solving skills
Comfort in operating in a small, start-up like environment set in a large, highly complex organization

Experience in technology and product management
Practices agile project methodologies or the like
