The Sr. Client Insights Consultant for Data Management will work within a team of professionals to fully support the Community Bank performance reporting needs. As part of this role the candidate will be responsible for working with Line of Business partners to understand business requirements and appropriate data sources for reporting needs then determining appropriate solutions to fulfill these needs. This includes requirement documentation, testing, change management, implementation and support. This also involves working across multiple business and technology partners in a fast paced team environment.

The candidate will also be responsible for cataloging and organizing various artifacts used by projects and for establishing a document repository that is leveraged by team members for ongoing support. The candidate will be responsible for establishing processes and procedures to help establish and maintain the document repository.


  • Work with Line of Business partners to understand and document business requirements.
  • Work with both business and technology partners to recommend appropriate solutions to business requirements.
  • Work independently or with technology partners to develop and implement solutions
  • Maintain documentation of solutions and/or system changes.
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining solutions documentation repository and facilitating easy search capabilities.
  • Work with business and technology partners to insure successful implementation of solutions. This includes executing various change management activities.
  • Improve knowledge of tools and reports by participating in system testing activities.
  • Works autonomously and guides work of team members.
  • Proven ability to work and influence decisions in cross-functional team environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with data repositories/warehouses and the ability to leverage data mining experience to drive solutions.
  • Ability to turn data into insights that drive value creating strategic decisions
  • Provide querying expertise necessary to extract information for data analysis and metrics design.
  • Strong business/financial knowledge.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate and promote Key Leadership Competencies
  • As needed, participate in testing of CE Desktop, MAPP and other supported sales systems


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4+ years of experience with banking applications and data including origination, sales and servicing platforms.
  • Strong communications and writing skills
  • Strong knowledge of document repository management
  • Strong business/financial acumen; Prior financial services experience preferred
  • Results oriented, self-starter with ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Proven proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Access.
  • Database querying skills (SAS/SQL) is preferred.
  • Experience working with data mining tools is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to lead projects end to end
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate findings of complex analyses in a clear and concise manner to business partners.
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism with difficult clients and problem solving situations.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and function productively in a fast paced and complex working environment.
  • Strong accountability and ownership skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
