ABOUT THE JOB (JOB BRIEF)

This role will provide the highest quality of service to all internal/external customers in the Key Equipment Finance tradition of teamwork, accountability, and customer service. This position is responsible for preparing and auditing lease documentation and setting the transactions up to be funded within our Service Level Commitments. This role will work closely with the Manager of the team to ensure all work is processed timely and will escalate issues as appropriate.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS



•Process and book transactions within KEF risk parameters, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.



•Ensure timely receipt of complete documentation packages and manage the response to negotiation requests.


  • Serve as a primary contact and support for internal sales while developing relationships to promote productive relationship with vendors.
  • Train and mentor existing and new BPU employees as well as serving as a SME for sales/credit.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert by providing direction to employees within the Business Unit on transactional questions as they arise.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives within the team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-4 years of lease or contract documentation/negotiation experience or paralegal degree.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent Problem solving & analytical skills
  • A team player with a personable, energetic, enthusiastic, collaborative and “can do” attitude
  • Ability to identify conflicts in process or people and recommend potential fixes
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Economics or Finance
