Job Description


Responsible for servicing of assigned agented and direct deals; as well as working the Keyview queue for all bought deals consisting of a variety of products. Responsible for providing superior client service while maintaining risk management, compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements, and internal procedures and controls.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Servicing responsibility for assigned portfolio to include direct and least-complex Key agented deals
  • Servicing responsibility for assigned tasks from workflow queue
  • Ability to independently manage all servicing aspects of portfolio and workflow queue
  • Entry level understanding of the business and LoanIQ, including the financial and general ledger account entries
  • General understanding of Asset Based Lending with the ability to perform basic collateral analysis, if applicable
  • Proactively identifies and resolves risk management and client service issues, requiring interaction with agent banks, clients and third parties, sales staff and management; ensures appropriate balance between service and risk
  • Booking of deals to LoanIQ from a worksheet provided by the Closing Team
  • Ongoing maintenance; interact with borrower and lenders for advances, repricings, payments, client requests, and research
  • Adherence to timeframes for all required training
  • Provides support of conversions (i.e.CL3 to LoanIQ) as well as ongoing projects and initiatives
  • Report management
  • Offers suggestions to support a continuous improvement mindset
  • All other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications: (License, Certificates, Education, Skills, etc.)
  • 2-year College Degree or equivalent commercial loan experience
  • Experience with multi-bank loan participations/syndications and secondary market standards
  • Strong aptitude for analysis, systems and mathematics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a high volume environment
  • Familiarity with commercial loan accounting systems
  • PC proficiency including familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
