Job Description

Required Qualifications:
• College Degree or equivalent work experience

Essential Job Function:
• Reliable Negotiation skills
Ability to recognize payment issues and work through the issues to get to payment

Ability to work in a Call Center environment
•Offer assistance to members on the team to create supportive foundation
• Provide 2nd voice assistance to other collectors
• Maintain Support box, assign back up account and other reporting requirements.
• Assist Team Leader with feedback and performance metrics in regards to collectors
• Identify and propose improvement activities in all customer service areas with the objective of achieving goals set for process efficiency and managing risk within established standards.
