As a Business Analyst in KeyBank’s Salesforce CoE, your primary responsibility is ensuring high quality and complete business requirements are captured and documented for assigned technology initiatives. You will work primarily with stakeholders from our Commercial lines of business to elicit, define, and document detailed business requirements, use cases and/or process flows.
You will also act as a subject matter expert for assigned Salesforce applications including Service Cloud, and work as a liaison between our technical teams and the line of business. This function includes running out Change Management for users and playing the role of a product owner as needed to help manage and prioritize the Agile backlog and ensure that the product roadmap aligns with technology delivery.
- Works with a cross-functional team in optimization of application capabilities & business processes. Provide Business Analysis and Project/Product support for the development, enhancement, quality assessment, and on-going support of the relevant lines of business (LOBs).
- Influence requirements for new application features and enhancements that are consistent with strategic priorities.
- Participates in the design process to ensure it supports business requirements and an optimized user experience.
- Capture requirements for a moderately complex system and/or multiple systems; understands the SDLC and its impact on deliverables.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements and convey with appropriate level of detail to the development team.
- Broaden expertise of the business and work with technical and business teams to support business objectives.
- Support and/or participate in user acceptance testing to ensure quality in application releases and user experience.
- Understands security, risk management, and IT process principles and escalate to appropriate team(s) as needed.
Job Qualifications
- 2+ Years in large, multi faceted Salesforce implementations
- Experience leading large discovery sessions
- Experience owning, managing and prioritizing Product backlogs
- Experience managing user change management and communications
- Experience with IT SDLC and Agile processes
