Robotic Process Automation Lead
Loan Services in Key Technology and Operations (KTO) services a full array of consumer loan products and commercial leasing and loan products for Key's clients and support our business partners across the Community Bank and Corporate Bank. Loan Services encompasses consumer loan application processing and underwriting; collateral management; consumer default management; consumer, commercial, and mortgage loan servicing; equipment leasing services and collections; indirect funding and fulfillment; small business collections and recovery; and standby letters of credit and includes the following operational units: Consumer Originations & Underwriting, Commercial & Corporate Lending Services, Default Management, Mortgage & Consumer Servicing & Collateral Management, and Reporting, Analytics, & Support.

The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Lead collaborates directly with line of business process owners and leaders to identify, quantify, and prioritize the pipeline of business process automation candidates. This position will be responsible for all RPA activities for Loan Services including process discovery, solution design, delivery , change management as well as support and financial and metrics tracking and reporting. This position will be the direct liaison between Loan Services and the Digital Business Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) for Robotic Process Automations.

Serves as the point person for all relevant RPA committees and task forces to ensure that all are coordinated, there is no duplication of effort, and the objectives are consistent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate with broad, deep and diverse audiences, including technology and business leaders; ability to simplify complex messages for consumption.
Maintain and enhance engagement with Cross Functional Teams and Technology partners.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert in RPA and understanding current standards defined by the CoE Acts as a lead in providing application design guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools and existing designs.
The ideal candidate for this role will have demonstrated the exciting blend of technical expertise, project management, engagement ability, and leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Change oriented – actively generates process improvements; supports and drives change, and confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways.
  • Strong analytical skills – strong problem solving skills, communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve.
  • 2+ years of leading development, testing, and implementation experience
  • 2+ years of design, implementation and governance experience with Robotic Process Automation or Business Process Automation architectures
  • 2+ years of leading technology efforts
