Risk Management Rotational Analyst

KeyBank Risk Management Analyst Program- Cleveland


The Risk Management Analyst Program is a rotational program designed to build KeyBank risk professionals through intense training, work experiences, cross-functional experiences and robust feedback and performance management.
All Program Analysts complete a 10-week training course which consists of a variety of opportunities and skill
development, including: All program Analysts complete a 10-week training course which consists of a variety of
opportunities and skill development including: business writing, accounting, finance, financial modeling, advanced Excel,beginning SAS and more. Analysts will develop skills in risk management, business analysis and banking. Training
concludes with a Capstone project designed to provide an opportunity for Analysts to present their knowledge to members of our Risk Management leadership team. The length of the program is one year.

Upon completion of initial training, the role will be at one of our Cleveland, Ohio area locations.
Upon successfully completing the entire program, you will have the opportunity for placement based on business needs,
demonstrated skill and your interests and performance during the program. Relocation may be required for further career opportunities.

•Assess and monitor risk and controls
•Opine on efficacy of control environment
•Communicate opportunities for efficiency and process improvement
•Data analytics and reporting
•Working with various systems
•Quality assurance and control testing
•Credit analysis
•Practical application of regulatory requirements
•Opportunities for special projects will be determined based on performance and business need

•Bachelor’s degree with coursework in Business, Economics, Finance, Risk Management, Accounting or related field
•A minimum cumulative 3.3 GPA is preferred
•Good analytical and decision-making sills
•Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
•Effective oral and written communications skills
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel
•Ability to work independently and part of a team
•Strong accounting and/or financial acumen is a plus

•Relevant work or internship experience is a plus
