  • Oversees the development and consistent upkeep of all Retail Branch Network Sales tools, training, communications, coaching forms, Playbook and job aids. Leverages various measurement, research and feedback techniques to ensure that all deliverables and actions are designed and delivered from a user-centric perspective.
  • Oversees the Retail Incentive Plan and Scorecards from a development, implementation and change management perspective as part of Rewarding Performance.
  • Utilizes ADKAR methodology as foundation of change management and adoption framework
  • Leverages key performance indicators on critical activities, behaviors, and outcomes to proactively develop targeted actions to increase change adoption and consistency of Playbook execution required to increase FWR-centric sales productivity and deliver upon commitments
  • Enables employee readiness and execution of new products, services, and campaigns by partnering with Product and Marketing partners to develop appropriate change management approach.
  • Manages employee change and communication capacity for the Retail Branch Network by leveraging a fact-based prioritization approach focused on value creation.
  • Develops change adoption and implementation effectiveness framework grounded in measurement of the impact of individual change management tactics. Team leverages commitment to measurement to capture the value created by and capacity of the CM&E team
  • This role partners closely with the Retail Leadership Team as well as the Product and Line of Business Leaders
  • Provide ongoing communication to business partners on changing demands for programs and tactics while managing a team through direct and indirect reporting relationships
  • Understand the competitive environment and the competitions strengths and weaknesses. Leverages knowledge to evolve strategy and anticipate competitive shifts
  • Creating a positive work environment, establishes high standards for work quality and provides opportunities for career growth and job satisfaction to develop and retain a highly trained and motivated staff
  • Establishing and tracking performance objectives for team members; managing and evaluating staff performance to established objectives, differentiating performance and striving to ensure each employee achieves their respective goals
  • This role will also be responsible for identifying/outlining/managing project components, identifying and managing dependencies and escalating key program risks and issues as appropriate to the Director

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience


  • Experience in identifying/leading change management
  • Past experience developing sales process and tools to support – leverages industry best practices as well as explores other industries for innovate solutions to similar opportunities
  • Detailed oriented, strong quality conscious and excellent organizational skills
  • Five years of related Business Experience within a retail organization
  • Three or more years working within a Branch Network preferred
  • Demonstrated ability as a critical thinker and analytical mindset
  • Possesses a strong external network to keep informed and abreast of industry changes, innovation and regulatory oversight
  • Ability to influence without direct management authority
  • Must be familiar with organizational change management methodologies and have demonstrated ability to drive change
  • Very strong and proven organizational and client service skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Advanced PC skills including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to follow through on assignments, solve problems, and make decisions
  • Adept at interacting with senior executives; willing to provide assistance proactively or upon request
