Position Summary
The Receptionist /Administrative Assistant will manage the front desk for the New York City office, as well as provide administrative support to several bankers and/or professionals. The ideal candidate is comfortable multi-tasking a variety of assignments and is able to anticipate the needs of the bankers and/or professionals supported and act upon requests independently. The position reports to the Manager of Facilities and Administration.

Key Responsibilities
Receptionist Responsibilities
 Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls in a professional, effective manner
 Greet and direct office guests upon arrival and departure
 Register office guests in building security system
 Maintain orderly kitchen and conference room areas
 Place orders for office/kitchen equipment and supplies
 Sort and deliver incoming mail to the office

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
 Organize and schedule internal/external meetings and conference calls
 Maintain calendars and prioritize meeting requests
 Schedule complex domestic/international travel, as well as process expense management
 Prepare and distribute client presentations, correspondence, reports, etc.
 Various clerical duties including, filing, photocopying, faxing, coordinating mailings, etc.

Qualifications
 Minimum 2-4 years of administrative experience supporting professionals
 Bachelor's degree required
 Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal/written) skills
 Superior prioritization, time management and multi-tasking skills
 Strong detail-orientation and organizational skills a must
 Ability to work independently as well as within a team
 Maintain a high degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy and discretion
 Familiarity with investment banking enviornment a plus, but not required
 Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
