Quantitative Associate, Economic Capital to work in Lewis Center, OH: Develop analytical models and methods that assess the performance and risk of strategies. Conduct exploratory and validating data analyses leading to fact-based recommendation on product investment prioritization. Build credit stress testing data models for consumer and commercial credit portfolios. Design of conceptual framework and assumptions of the models that satisfy business needs and comply with regulatory standards. Develop forecasting models, data preparation, segmentation, variable selection, model performance evaluation, sensitivity analysis, and assess model weakness/limitation. Use of SAS, MATLAB, SQL, logistic regression, multinomial regression, multivariate analysis, discriminant analysis, time series analysis and panel data analysis. Requires a Master’s Degree in Statistics/Finance/Management/Economics/ Management Information Systems/Industrial Engineering (or equivalent based on evaluation of academic credentials, training and/or experience) as well as twelve (12) months in job or job related experience to include develop analytical models and methods that assess the performance and risk of strategies; conduct exploratory and validating data analyses leading to fact-based recommendation on investment prioritization; design of conceptual framework and assumptions of the models that comply with regulatory standards; develop forecasting models, data preparation, segmentation, variable selection, model performance evaluation, sensitivity analysis, and assess model weakness/limitation; and use of SAS, MATLAB, logistic regression, multinomial regression, multivariate analysis, time series analysis and panel data analysis.
