The Process Engineer & Consultant will:

  • Execute on project goals and act in an advisory capacity to assigned ECI project leaders and stakeholders within a business unit or business units
  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects. Strong time management and organizational skills required.
  • Strong Data Quality and Measurement Systems – ability to work with business units to develop customer centric data/measurement systems that support the business strategy for revenue
  • Support programs and lead projects within end to end programs and major projects with focus on core business processes to deliver results aligned to strategic objectives – improved client and/or employee experience, value attainment – expense and revenue
  • Build relationships within business unit and across enterprise to enable cooperative and collaborative achievement of business objectives.
  • Continually evaluate and learn new tools, processes or approaches to further the capabilities within the team to improve existing processes.
  • Works independently, with some direction and supervision
  • Ability to manage and document schedules and scope while assessing and managing risk & issues
  • Exhibits strong professional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Exhibits solid character and strength in executing agreed upon project activities; conveying confidence and reliability
  • Ability to communicate a basic understanding of project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Substantiated comfort level with working across an organization without boundaries and with a sense of urgency while understanding how the people and organization function
  • Accepts and adapts to feedback to drive personal improvement
  • Collaborates within ECI and across project teams to create an atmosphere of openness and inclusiveness to deliver expected results and value


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of work experience with demonstrated project/consulting or process improvement skills within a process or continuous improvement function or similar role. To include working with customer facing businesses and/or customers. Substantiated comfort level with end to end projects and working with functions across an organization without boundaries; understands the culture and how to navigate to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and/or client centric process improvement including a knowledge or understanding of at least one of the following service model/strategy/ transformational/process improvement approaches and certifications – e.g. Change Management, Lean, Six Sigma, Resource Capacity Mgt., Technology Optimization, and Business Intelligence.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, Minitab, SharePoint
  • Driven to deliver on commitments, remove barriers and effectively leverage resources to deliver quality project results
