Job Description

ABOUT THE JOB

Provide support and oversight of Physical Security operations, to include application ownership, third-party management, risk oversight, project coordination, and other priorities.

This role will report to the Strategic Manager in Physical Security with opportunity for growth within Enterprise Security.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Support the development, implementation, and execution of the division technology plan. Support all aspects of Line of Business application ownership by identifying defects and enhancements, developing requirements, conducting testing, providing direction to the support and development teams, approving logical access requests, managing configuration, providing support to end users, and maintaining application documentation.
  • Perform risk oversight processes and reporting in GRC, including but not limited to third-party, RCSA, Site Protection, Variance Management, and Vulnerability Management.
  • Assist with oversight of vendor contract deliverables and SLAs in areas of sales, installation, service/maintenance, and monitoring.
  • Own and manage team resources including but not limited to SharePoint pages, Shared Drives, RBAC roles, and process forms.
  • Create and generate reporting to drive business insights; provide analysis and recommendations for physical security risk, trends, and application of controls leveraging internal and industry data points.
  • Analysis of processes across departments for recommendation and implementation of continuous improvement.
  • Maintain proficiency to provide support for other areas within Physical Security.
  • Assume additional responsibilities and work on special projects as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience and training.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the security or technology industries
  • Lean Six Sigma and/or project management certifications preferred.
  • Ability to respond and direct response to critical infrastructure outages.
  • Ability to understand and analyze business processes and problems of medium complexity, draw actionable conclusions, and make sound recommendations.
  • Ability to understand cross-organizational impacts; predict and mitigate downstream issues.
  • Ability to interpret, provide guidance, and negotiate contract terms and purchase agreements.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to accommodate limited travel requirement.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
  • Proficiency with RSA Archer application preferred.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Effective listening skills.
  • Excellent relationship management skills; ability to communicate directly and diplomatically.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities.
  • Strong project management skills.
