Job TitleOperations Specialist IV (Vendor Management)Job BriefSupport Loan Services by engaging managers and vendors to ensure the Third Party Management (TPM) Program elements are completed accurately. Responsibility for: facilitating onboarding and off-boarding vendor relationships, onsite audits, assistance with risk assessments, collection of documentation, and completion of action items and engagement reviews. Provides support and expertise for vendor selection.Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience with emphasis on vendor management
  • Strong computer skills (proficient in SharePoint, Excel and other Microsoft Office software)
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced and detail oriented environment
  • Goal-oriented and able to work independently to achieve results
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Effective collaboration and facilitation skills
  • GRC experience is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
Essential Job Functions
  • Interact with external vendor relationship managers and managers as a primary contact to ensure proper support and attention are provided on KeyBank accounts and adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Act as the main escalation point for all Third Parties that encounter issues (examples: invoicing, systems, etc.), and work internally to resolve
  • Liaise between third party management, procurement and the line of business
  • Work with third party vendors to periodically request and obtain required documentation in order to conduct internal oversight in accordance with KeyBank's Third Party Management Program.
  • Work within the KeyBank Risk Management Platform to update and complete engagement evaluations and action items within a targeted SLA.
  • [RM1] Facilitate any engagement related meetings with the vendors and the Line of business as required.
  • Assist in the evaluation of potential new vendors as well as the on-boarding process of new vendors as needed
  • Coordinate vendor visits to KeyBank offices on behalf of the line of business
  • Manage the logistics and/or perform vendor onsite audits to satisfy third party requirements
  • Provide feedback to business to evaluate effectiveness of the vendors as well as to ensure adherence to contractual obligations
  • Performs other administrative duties as necessary
