Job Description

Work closely with the on-site Network Administrator, the Real Estate management team, Property Management team, and other internal and external groups to support office operations and maintain office systems; proactively identify and resolve issues early
Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments
Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
Provide executive administration support (travel, scheduling/calendar management, expense reporting, etc.) to the head of Financial Wellness and his direct reports
Perform, manage and monitor clerical functions
Plan and organize team and events and activities
Manage purchasing and expenses with budget; review and approve supply requisitions
Analyze and forecast team and office expenses
Develop reports and status updates in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Provide regular communications and correspondence
Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
Design filing systems
Help create and manage a disaster recovery plan
Assist in ensuring onboarding tasks for all new employees are complete, as well as assist in the creation and maintenance of onboarding plans for new employees
