Job Description


Develop and implement new sales initiatives to grow the production of sales the right way. Conceptualize, project manage, and deliver initiatives that will provide more and higher quality opportunities for the sales force to grow our existing Customer relationships. Develop tactical, detailed Playbooks for sales personnel to guide daily activities.
This is a remote-capable role.


Sakes Initiatives Management:
  • Grow the business by conceptualizing and implementing new sales drivers
  • Proactively communicate status of all initiatives to senior management
  • Create and foster relationships with internal support partners to drive results
  • Monitor success of new initiatives to appropriately focus resources on initiatives with highest ROI
  • Solicit continuous input from all available sources including internal sales force, management, advisory boards, internal partners, competitive intelligence to provide maximum opportunities for growth
  • Own implementation of new CRM and drive adoption
  • Back up Strategy and Growth team members as necessary
  • Oversee the legal/privacy/compliance review processes for initiatives
  • Represent KBM and liaise with internal partners to ensure partners are engaged early and often on all initiatives
  • Represent KBM and liaise with internal partners and keep sales leadership completely abreast of all initiatives outside KBM
  • Leverage internal initiatives to benefit KBM Customers and deepen relationships
  • Ownership of the KBM Advisory Board to solicit feedback from the filed and turn input into actionable improvements
  • Drive KBM strategy for new household acquisition


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or related experience
