Job Description


As a member of the Marketing Team, the Marketing Consultant will report to the Marketing Manager and will act as a strategic partner to business leaders within Home Lending. The Marketing Consultant will liaison between Marketing and the Home Lending line of business and will manage the marketing BAU and foundational support programs. In collaboration with the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Consultant will also drive the development and execution of integrated campaigns and initiatives. The Marketing Consultant will be responsible for understanding industry trends and recommending creative ideas and marketing solutions that drive value for Key.


  • Partner with Marketing Manager and Home Lending business leaders to determine main strategic objectives
  • Establish effective partnerships by communicating and collaborating with business partners and marketing colleagues
  • Work with Compliance to assure that all materials, campaign-related and evergreen, are and remain compliant
  • Work with Home Lending communication team to assist with effective roll-out of marketing initiatives to the field
  • Responsible for asset management tracking and investigate opportunities to drive efficiencies within our marketing processes and sales enablement platforms
  • Partner with marketing colleagues and Analytics for opportunities to measure effectiveness of projects and determine the ROI of each marketing investment
  • Stay current on business trends and competitive landscape and reporting out these findings to the Home Lending leaders


  • Bachelor Degree in business or related field and/or equivalent
  • 2+ years’ experience in marketing; financial services focus preferred
  • Proven ability to effectively organize, plan and execute multi-functional projects
  • Demonstrated analytical, process management, and conceptual skills
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to constructively challenge when needed
  • Possesses professional savvy; ability to effectively influence leaders and peers
  • Demonstrated leadership, relationship-building skills levels
  • Ability to travel (0 -10%)
