training is completed, and you are placed, you will work directly with new clients and deepen
the relationship with existing clients, helping develop a comprehensive understanding of their
needs. Through our Financial Wellness tools and access to comprehensive product and
service offerings, you will guide clients to achieve their financial goals.

What are we looking for?
  • At least one year working experience developing new and existing client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources
  • Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques within consumer and small business with excellent client service skills
  • Ability to pass Series 6, 63, and State Insurance exams
  • Ability to work branch hours which may include occasional weekends and evenings
  • Strong ability and desire to influence and partner with all branch employees, Financial
  • Advisors and extended network partners
What is the associate training schedule?
  • Weeks 1–2: Attend a three-day study course to prepare for Series 6 exam.
  • Week 3: Take and pass the Series 6 exam; begin to study for Series 63 exam.
  • Week 4: Take and pass the Series 63 exam.
  • Week 5: Complete State Insurance licensing requirements; graduation and approval for a bonus in recognition of successful program completion.
  • Week 6: Official placement into the LRM role at an assigned branch; training conducted.
