Overview

Over a nine-month period starting June 2018, participants in the Sales ACT program will receive extensive sales, business and finance training, including education for our products, services and operations. With mentoring and hands-on experience, every step of the Sales ACT program is designed to grow your career – not just start a job.

• Self-study and classroom training, combined with on-the-job experience, provide participants with exposure to cross-functional departments – including credit, operations, inside sales, pricing, legal, asset management and field sales

• Varied rotational assignments deliver a diverse and thorough understanding of the leasing industry

• Broaden technical expertise, problem solving capabilities, analytical acumen, and communication and presentation

skills

• Develop/enhance strong sales skills to achieve desired Line-of-Business strategy, including consultative selling,

prospecting, negotiating and client partnering expertise

• Near the end of the Sales ACT program, graduates will be assigned a sales territory based on interests and aptitude

(Sales ACT graduates may be required to relocate – expenses paid – based upon current business need)

Essential job functions

• Complete independent financial analyses, credit reviews, full-cycle operations support, pricing and asset management assignments

• Manage limited sales territory and assist with transaction structuring

• Assist in developing and maintaining client relationships

• Identify, develop and close end-user based equipment finance/leasing transactions

• Prepare accurate and timely projects and comprehensive analyses for department and management review, including formal presentations.

Marginal or peripheral functions

Gather, compile and synthesize data and provide recommendations to management based on analysis

• Work closely with other departments

• Maintain compliance with internal and industry standards

• Define and develop processes as assigned

• Potentially provide training to new Leasing Sales Associates

Required qualifications

• Current students expected to graduate

prior to June 2018 with at least a Bachelor’s degree

• Career interest in sales, with desire to partner with clients to provide optimal financial solutions for their business

needs

Preferred qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Academic performance in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Communications, or other related field that develops financial and sales acumen

• Minimum 3.3 GPA

• Relevant work experience or internships

Job location

Foundational training is based in Superior, CO. The rotational assignment may involve other locations in the continental United States, including field sales offices.
