Job Brief:
The successful candidate must be self-driven, results-oriented and possess a high attention to detail with the ability to perform a variety of moderate to complex tasks while maintaining a high level of dedication, organization, enthusiasm and professionalism. Associate is responsible for multiple functions, including, but not limited to transmission testing/setups, ACH Origination setups, and having an expert knowledge of ACH product offerings and NACHA rules.

Essential Job Function:
Test and implement customer transmissions. Act as a liaison for internal and external clients between operations and technology departments. Perform online and repository based research. Partner with various lines of businesses to improve efficiencies and ensure consistent and valuable solutions are being executed for the client. Develop, implement and monitor functional procedures. Work directly with varies internal and external partners to resolve issues encountered with ACH services. Answer customer service calls and perform complex online inquiries. Meet established goals/standards for quality while responding to customer inquiries. Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and professionalism while demonstrating the Key Values. Assist in the development of process improvement ideas that will enhance the client experience and improve operational efficiencies. Demonstrate effective decision making skills and be able to think independently. Ensure compliance with operational, security and audit procedures. Must work well in a team environment and understand the importance of “First Class Service”. Other responsibilities as assigned by manager.

Required Qualifications:
Associates Degree in business-related discipline or equivalent work experience. Three to five years of experience in banking operations or related experience. The incumbent must have strong analytical skills, organizational skills, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities. The incumbent must be able to demonstrate leadership. Demonstrated project, problem solving, and communication and leadership skills. The incumbent must be able to work in a team-based production environment, possess excellent customer service skills and be able to accurately comply with written and verbal instructions. The incumbent must meet or exceed KeyCorp’s code of professional conduct standards. Exhibits a commitment to a learning organization and team culture. Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with Key’s lines of business, KTO, and other support partners, as well as the ability to work independently within and beyond the scope of the defined job function. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, etc.
Ability to work typically 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
