Key Support & Admin Finance – Lead Financial Analyst

About the Job
Lead financial analyst and member of the Key Support and Admin Finance team. Analyst will be responsible for financial support for business units assigned and coordination of centralized processes related to month-end close, personnel tracking, and expense allocations across all S&A functions.

Essential Job Functions

  • Provide monthly/quarterly reporting analyzing financial results and performance to plan
  • Support the financial planning and forecasting process
  • Coordinate month-end close process for all support and admin business units
  • Develop and maintain expense allocation reporting and methodologies for support and admin functions
  • Complete required external and regulatory reports as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal team processes
  • Complete ad hoc analysis as required

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree (Finance, Accounting or related field)
- 2+ years of analytical experience in Finance, Business or related field
- Organized self-starter with the ability to think and work independently and creatively
- Strong financial and/or accounting acumen
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish solid working relationships with multiple teams and individuals with varying levels of expertise
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven team player, willing to assist others as needed to ensure that group deadlines are met and quality standards achieved
- Ability to manage time and multiple tasks effectively
- Detail oriented with the ability to thoroughly analyze and resolve issues with limited direction

Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
- Experience working with financial system reporting environments (i.e., IBM TM1, Cognos, etc.)
