Job Description

Liaison between sales management and reporting team
Ownership of monthly sales review deck to optimize and continuously improve presentation format
Produce findings based on in depth analysis of all available reporting to inform LOB strategy
Maintain sales org charts (PowerPoint and Excel Versions)
Maintain PB org charts (PowerPoint and Excel Versions)
Maintain branch assignment report
Create Ad hoc reporting as needed
Oversight and reporting for Sales Contests and Sales Recognition (Signature Circle, Etc), including maintenance of offboarding and new hire data for Signature Circle Reporting
Cross Sell and Home Equity reporting
Maintain reporting for sponsorship requests/ad hoc advertising including cost reporting
Partner with Sales Inititaive and Marketing leaders to coordinate speakers and content for Weekly National Sales Call, Weekly RM call, and Monthly recognition callRequest material, assemble PowerPoint slides, obtain PPT approval from National Sales Executive
Transmit final PPT to Marketing leader for posting to KeyNet


Bachelor’s Degree preferred or related experience
Demonstrated ability to interpret data and analyze processes to identify and institute continuous improvement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated experience with organizing, coordinating and managing multiple tasks/priorities
Detailed oriented and a creative problem solver
Microsoft Office software expertise required
