About the Job
The Infrastructure Delivery Operations Manager will be responsible for many planning and operational aspects of Infrastructure Delivery organization. They will helping bring clarity and structure to the delivery teams in aligning financial, project, vendor and resource goals. Infrastructure delivery teams are responsible for design and delivery of the infrastructure needed for various business applications that help deliver value to our customers and employees. They will work closely with many partners across the Infrastructure and Enterprise Architecture organization in defining the direction for the said goals.

Essential Job Functions
General:

  • Ability to think strategically and align to the organizational readiness
  • Ability to influence decisions based on merit
  • Ability to handle trade-off analysis holistically and across strategic; tactical; business, delivery; long term/short term etc.
  • Help with financial Management of projects, teams, Contracts etc.
  • 3rd Part Resource Vendor Management.

  • Good communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels in the organization
  • Ability to see "big picture" and balance it with the detailed view as applicable

  • General awareness around technology platforms leveraged by large enterprises.
Business
  • Financial industry background
  • Ability to speak the language of application development community and communicate well with business & technology stakeholders
Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of IT and business/industry work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Past Experience in working with technology infrastructure teams
  • Domain Knowledge of Financial Services Business
  • Strong analytics and financial acumen
  • Strong oral written and communication skills with the ability to relate to all levels of experience
  • Consistent positive, can do attitude
  • Change ready - proven ability to accept, adapt and support technical, process and organizational change
  • Proven experience driving strategy and continuous improvement
