This position supports the enterprise Training and Development organization. The position will use data analysis, LMS (learning management system) acumen, process improvement and communication skills to effectively implement and leverage measurements and processes to ensure alignment of training solutions to business priorities.

Role will be primarily responsible for supporting the administration of the LMS. Will provide support to the extended Training and Development team and their internal clients by managing and loading training solutions into the LMS; these include instructor led sessions, on-line courses and tests. Role will partner with extended Training and Development team to ensure a seamless, effective and efficient learner experience. Role will also monitor inquiries / questions from employees across Key and troubleshoot issues with the LMS. Position is also expected to be knowledgeable about and monitor external trends in the learning and development industry and suggest / implement changes to improve the overall learning experience at Key.

Position will work both independently and collaboratively across the entire Training and Development team. The role is primarily in support of Sr. Learning Consultants and Learning Consultants but may have direct exposure to line of business clients.

  • Analyze training data to create business insights and presentations regarding:
    • Completion reporting
    • Quarterly LOB results
    • Usage of training solutions in LMS
  • Data entry of information and content into LMS
  • Document improvement opportunities for HR and training data management and reporting (standard, ad-hoc)
  • Support the delivery of effective training solutions and relevant data/insights
  • Audit existing processes within the Learning Management System to ensure operating as expected
    • Analyze performance of processes, diagnose issues, prescribe improvements
  • Partner effectively across HR, both with our Centers of Expertise (e.g. Talent Acquisition / Recruiting, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management) and with HR Operations
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Basic qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of professional services experience
  • Experience managing data – sourcing, transforming and analyzing
  • Experience using decision support systems, turning data into compelling, actionable business insights
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, specifically the ability to:
    • Combine data sets, perform calculations and summarize findings (pivot tables, graphs)
    • Document the steps in a business process for an end-user
    • Tell a story with impact, leveraging graphics and text
  • Demonstrated ability to operate complex, matrixed work environment – with multiple business partners
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change (defining problems/opportunities, to measuring and analyzing performance, through to solution definition and deployment)
  • Principled; is accountable, trustworthy and a model for how to act
  • Pragmatic; keeps things simple, has a great attention to detail and can prioritize multiple, shifting priorities

  • HR experience (e.g. recruiting, talent management, compensation)
  • Experience with SaaS / Cloud based HR systems (e.g. Workday, Vizier, Cornerstone)
  • Banking experience
