Overview

We are seeking an Executive Recruiting Specialist to provide leverage to our Executive Recruiting team

as they build and enhance the firm’s capability to attract and recruit exceptional top talent. We are

seeking a proven self-starter with the ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal

clients, external recruiters and candidates. The candidate must have the maturity, presence, intellect,

urgency and organizational and communication skills necessary to successfully interact with a variety of

individuals including the CEO and the firm’s executive leadership team.

Day-to-day responsibilities are two-fold; first, tightly managing the candidate experience through the

entire recruiting lifecycle and, second, assisting the Executive Recruiters in the creation and development

of targeted market maps of external talent pools in support of critical search needs. The Specialist will

serve as a thought partner to the Executive Recruiters develop and execute sourcing strategies and to

improve processes.

The Executive Recruiting Specialist plays a pivotal role within a high-performing Executive Recruiting

team whose main objective is to acquire, grow and develop a diverse and talented executive leadership

team for Key.


Responsibilities

 Ensures candidates have a positive, professional experience through professional interactions

 Develops, documents and improves procedures for all responsibilities ranging from process

enhancements to large strategic initiatives

 Creates interview schedules and prepares all related documentation in preparation for an

exceptional candidate experience; treats each candidate’s interview as an event to be planned

and executed seamlessly

 Escorts candidates during on-site interviews

 Distributes interview-related documentation to all parties in advance of interviews

 Sends offer letter and other supporting offer documentation to the new hire in advance of start

date

 Initiates background check and pre-employment process and manages the ongoing process,

updating the Executive Recruiter on progress and completion results

 Manages invoicing processing and tracking for candidates and external vendors (search firms,

etc.)

 Plays a lead role in the maintenance and quality control of the in-house database of candidates,

clients and vendors (Encore)

 Assists the Executive Recruiters in preparing search status reports and presentations

 Handles client and candidate inquiries in the absence of the Executive Recruiters

 Participates in client search kick off meetings and assists in the completion of research, name

generation, org charting and market mapping

 Participates in department, client, and/or Corporate HR meetings, initiatives and projects as

requested


Candidate Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Advanced degree preferred

 Demonstrable interest in the company, the role and in a career in recruiting

 Demonstrated success working in a high-demand environment with tight deliverables

 Superb organizational skills; ability to prioritize and process a high volume of work for multiple

team members while maintaining the highest quality

 Poise, polish, organization and communication skills commensurate with what is required to

engage with internal clients and external candidates of a high professional caliber

 Excellent relationship development and management skills

 Drive to deliver results, take accountability and ownership of work, and proactively strive for
