Job Description

Provide executive administrative support, research and presentation and document development for Head of Corporate Responsibility and Community Relations and to the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, performing some administrative and clerical duties and anticipating the team's needs. Handles confidential information responsibly and professionally. Responsible for some calendar management, correspondence, expense reports, travel arrangement. Handles incoming inquiries, research, development of documents in a timely manner. Responsible for some meeting coordination and scheduling, and proper room setup as needed. Prepares materials for meetings as requested. Coordinates various events. Other duties/projects as requested. Perform duties in a professional manner that includes planning and research to result in completed assignments of the highest quality.

Essential Functions

  • Under general supervision, provides administrative support to include calendar coordination and travel.
  • Provides superior client service during all interactions with clients, external stakeholders, vendors, internal partners and teammates.
  • Completes work in a fast-paced, changing environment without compromising accuracy.
  • Collects, compiles and analyzes moderately complex data and information for in inclusion in reports and presentation materials.
