Job Summary
Provides learning and development intelligence, analysis, and recommendations on a variety of learning, training and development projects. Primary responsibilities include the strategy, design and implementation of an enterprise competency and skill library to be used for career development, training, coaching and recruitment of internal and external talent. Once implemented, role will manage the administration, reporting and continuous improvement of the enterprise competency and skill library aligned to enterprise roles. Collaborates with HR partners, lines of businesses and technology partners to establish the initial and ongoing curation of training content and development activities (internal and external) to the competencies and skills within the enterprise learning management system to ensure ongoing relevancy and priority to roles as competencies and skills evolve. Role will serve as the relationship manager with the competency and skill library provider.

Essential Job Functions
  • Serve as project manager to lead the implementation of an enterprise application and process to include initial mapping of roles across the enterprise to functional and foundational competencies and periodic/scheduled reviews ongoing
  • Ensure alignment and accountability for a cross-functional team (HR Business partner, Compensation partner, business leaders and subject matter experts) to guide progress and maintain timeline to complete each project
  • Partners with stakeholders to build and maintain enterprise, level (manager, individual contributor, leader), LOB and role specific competency models
  • Coordinates and maps training and development content (internal and external) to competencies and skills; with ongoing curation of the content with HR partners and lines of business stakeholders
  • Manage vendor relationships with external content providers
  • Supports administration, regular upgrades/updates, testing, auditing, and continuous improvement of enterprise competency and skill library
  • Create and maintain effective and complete documentation on business process
  • Provides end-user support and troubleshooting for users of the enterprise competency and skill library
  • Curates learning content to competencies and skills; builds training curriculum for roles across the enterprise
  • Creates and prepares reports, presentations, and dashboards for a variety of audiences
  • Translates data and analysis into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Support of integration of data and information between competency and skill library, HRIS (Workday) and LMS (Keys2Learn) and other relevant HR and line of business applications
  • Gathers feedback and data to support the delivery and continuous improvement of processes; may include administration of surveys, data-mining, facilitation of focus groups, and user interviews
  • Assists with other duties and projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or relevant field; or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of work experience in talent management or competency/skill mapping; workforce data and analytics experience preferred; or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing and reporting data with accuracy
  • Demonstrated experience translating data and information into insights and reports
  • Demonstrated experience extracting and manipulating data from systems
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain data confidentiality
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others effectively to accomplish work
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Demonstrated ability to lead others and ensure accountability across project team members
