Job Description

This analyst role will work cross-functionally across business lines as part of the Enterprise Continuous Improvement team within the Banking Chief Administrative Office. This position works under general direction and supervision in support of strategically focused cross-functional improvement efforts, along with cultural transformations. Specifically, the candidate will be charged with leveraging their basic skills in continuous improvement tools and methodologies, along with analytical capabilities in partnership with peer Process Engineers, internal and external customers, and various levels of management in driving the identification of transformative opportunities for improvement, optimized business processes, enhanced automation, and accurate measurement systems.
The ECI Analysts will:
  • Support transformation efforts across the organization to improve processes, automate, and develop and standardize KPIs and dashboards to drive transparency into quality and productivity
  • Continually learn new tools, processes or approaches to further the capabilities within the team to improve existing processes
  • Support teammates, and internal partners in driving a culture of client centric process excellence and sharing best practices across business units
  • Demonstrate the ability to anticipate client needs; ability to identify & solve simple to moderately complex problems utilizing continuous improvement, and conflict management skills
  • Manage and document effort schedules, scope, and impact while assessing and managing risks & issues
  • Demonstrate effective change management skills, and be a change agent
  • Leverage analytical skills while demonstrating the ability to work with business units to develop customer centric data/measurement systems that support their strategies
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Management/Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of demonstratable experience in business process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, Design Thinking, Change Management, etc.)-preferably with some experience in servicing, or sales related fields
  • Business acumen to operate effectively across multiple business units
  • Strong passion for growing engaged customers and deep understanding of business drivers
  • Strong critical thinking combined with business intuition and intellectual curiosity
  • Previous experience in project management, change management, and cross-functional team management
  • Proficiency with Excel, Visio, Minitab, Sigma Excel, etc. and creating data and process visualizations that tell the story
  • Ability to synthesize, create and communicate clear analytical studies in PowerPoint
  • Project Management experience in developing and implementing large scale analytical projects and processes
