Reporting to the Online and Mobile Domain Manager, the Online and Mobile Integration Manager will be responsible for representing the Consumer Digital technology team as ambassador on enterprise projects that require Online and Mobile delivery and coordination. The Integration Manager works closely with the Online and Mobile delivery teams during sprint cycles, and collaborates with many cross functional teams to coordinate completion of enterprise level work streams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acts as a main liaison between the Consumer Digital domain and external technology teams across Key for enterprise initiatives impacting Consumer Online and Mobile applications

- Drives planning, execution and delivery of Consumer Online and Mobile changes for enterprise work streams outside of dedicated Agile teams

- Serves in a project management and subject matter expert leadership role on large enterprise projects impacting Consumer Online and Mobile

- Documents tasks, estimates effort and aligns timelines, milestones and skill sets required to complete an enterprise work stream

- Proactively identifies and drives transparency and resolution of high impact technical or enterprise project related issues

- Coordinates software testing (functional and non-functional) for large, complicated enterprise level projects, working across Consumer Digital domain and centralized QA team

- Participates in Consumer Digital technology roadmap prioritization, specifically where external teams are involved

Required Experience / Skills

- 5 or more years of experience in an information technology position relating to complex project delivery, tech leadership, and analysis in a large corporate organization, with dependencies on multiple teams

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

- Acts independently
