Job Brief

With a desire to innovate and think digital first, your objectives will be focused on building optimal customer experiences by leveraging data and tying it back to a bigger strategic vision, enhancing processes, and improving alignment and communication across the organization. As part of the Digital Enablement Strategy team, you will be responsible for guiding product teams on early product design & research and transitioning into successful execution. You will look to support and expand our test and learn framework to allow the squads to incubate new ideas and innovate our digital products.

Essential Functions
  • Serve as the “thought leader”, strategist, and early instigator for new initiatives that are lacking BAU structure or natural ownership
  • Expand our test and learn capabilities to allow for innovation to be part of our digital execution
  • Leverage external research and industry experience combined with voice of the customer feedback to develop informed perspectives on our prioritizes
  • Partner with analytics teams to develop hypotheses and insights to use for storytelling and curating executive level presentations
  • Identify opportunities to support the end to end client experience through strategy session, ideation, definition and testing of new employee experiences and product concepts
  • Help establish standards and ensure initiatives are defined, tracked, and executed in a consistent and effective way that will maximize investment and initiative success
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned initiatives while influencing and leading cross functional teams and projects
  • Collaborate with internal partners, such as, marketing, internal communications, risk, product management teams, and CI team
  • Support employee engagement initiatives across Enterprise Digital; including Intern/ Analyst Program, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Employee Engagement & Activation, VOE/ VOC

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience – experience w/ analytics, business strategy
  • Strong analytical mindset, data driven decisioning and insights;
  • Thought leader and familiar with industry competitive analysis;
  • Robust mix of business and technical acumen;
  • Strong ability to identify issues with urgency, to recommend solutions
  • Strong understanding of the user-centered design process
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating a mature ability to prioritize and manage time
  • Have a passion to think critically and identify new ways to create positive client centric experiences
  • Strong organization, facilitation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills, including the ability to create compelling stories for executives
  • Possess a strong mix of quantitative, qualitative and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build relationships and influence broadly
