Job Brief
Contribute and execute against the strategic plan and priorities for Enterprise Digital Enablement and across Enterprise Digital for enhancing our capabilities in Key.

Initiate and lead projects to implement current digital capabilities and help drive innovation while collaborating closely with marketing, technology, and other internal partners to ensure effective deployment and execution.

With a desire to innovate and think digital first your objectives will be focused on building optimal customer experiences by leveraging data and tying it back to a bigger strategic vision, enhancing processes, and improving alignment and communication across the organization.

Essential Functions
Serve as the contact for assigned initiatives while influencing and leading cross functional teams and projects
Use problem-solving skills that help identify, isolate and resolve problems and issues in a timely fashion to identify opportunities to improve client and employee experience
Collaborate with internal partners, such as, marketing, internal communications, risk, product management teams, and analytics team
Identify opportunities to support the end to end client experience through strategy session, ideation, definition and testing of new employee experiences and product concepts

Strategy track: Manage the digital intake toll and associated processes and reporting, while monitoring the health of the Digital initiative portfolio and help maintain the broader view of the many simultaneous, highly-visible initiatives across Digital and across the product development lifecycleHelp establish standards and ensure initiatives are defined, tracked, and executed in a consistent and effective way that will maximize investment and initiative success
Serve as the “thought leader”, strategist, and early instigator for new initiatives that are lacking BAU structure or natural ownership
Align with digital product owners on business objectives / priorities and align with enterprise strategic direction
Support employee engagement initiatives across Enterprise Digital; including Intern/ Analyst Program, Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Engagement & Activation, VOE/ VOC

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Strategy track: 3+ years of experience – experience w/ analytics, business strategyStrong analytical mindset, data driven decisioning and insights;
Thought leader and familiar with industry competitive analysis;
Familiarity with project lifecycle phases and tools;
Strong ability to identify issues with urgency, to recommend solutions
Solid understanding of human-centered design and UX practices

Have a passion to think critically and identify new ways to create positive client centric experiences
Ability to think strategically coupled with the ability to drive to execution
Experience with storytelling + curating presentations
Ability to operate in Agile Environment
Ability to build relationships and influence broadly
