With a desire to innovate and think digital first your objectives will be focused on building optimal customer experiences by leveraging data analytics and tying it back to a bigger strategic vision, enhancing processes, and improving alignment and communication across the organization. Part of the Digital Enablement Strategy team you will look to support and expand our Data Aggregator Strategy with Open Banking /API’s and support our analytics team for digital KPI’s and metrics.

Essential Functions
Serve as the “thought leader”, strategist, and early instigator for KeyBank’s Data Aggregation Strategy
Be the primary contact for assigned initiatives while influencing and leading cross functional teams and projects
Liaison with analytics team and digital product owners to manage KPI’s and monthly scorecards and metrics
Provide business acumen and support to analytics and product teams to proactively understand how digital features impact KPIs
Partner with analytics teams to develop hypotheses and insights to use for storytelling and curating executive level presentations
Help establish standards and ensure initiatives are defined, tracked, and executed in a consistent and effective way that will maximize investment and initiative success
Collaborate with internal partners, such as, marketing, internal communications, risk, product management teams, and CI team
Contribution to our test and learn capabilities to allow for innovation to be part of our digital execution

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience – experience with analytics and business strategyStrong analytical mindset, data driven decisioning and insights;
Thought leader and familiar with industry competitive analysis;
Robust mix of business and technical acumen;
Strong ability to identify issues with urgency, to recommend solutions;
Understanding of API’s and Opening Banking a plus

Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating a mature ability to prioritize and manage time
Have a passion to think critically and identify new ways to create positive client centric experiences
Strong organization, facilitation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills, including the ability to create compelling stories for executives
Possess a strong mix of quantitative, qualitative and problem-solving skills
Ability to build relationships and influence broadly
