ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Product Management/Squad Leadership
In partnership with an agile scrum master, lead a squad of technical business analysts, software engineers, designers and QA engineers to build and deliver monthly enhancements to Key Bank’s mobile and online banking platforms.
Prioritize intake from multiple sources (product team, technology, business partners) and establish and manage to a product roadmap and delivery backlog.
Bring together diverse, cross-functional teams (including business leads, user experience and design leads, product analysts, engineers, and marketers) to meet established business objectives around digital adoption, engagement and customer satisfaction.
Develop new enhancement and process improvements based on market insights, performance data and voice-of-client.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of technology to collaborate with our technology partners to build or integrate scalable and extensible capabilities
Produce comprehensive digital product documentation to ensure efficient and effective cross team collaboration.
Develop and manage a product backlog to assure goals, budgets and commitments are met.
Partner with our customer insights team to define a consumer analytics strategy that will allow for data driven insights and strategic decisions.

Strategic Thinking
Collaborate with designers, software engineers, and others across the organization for alignment and transparency.
Translate business goals into digital product concepts and tactical user stories.
Take the enterprise customer and the portfolio of platforms into consideration when assessing the impact of new projects.
Work closely with stakeholders to advise them on how to develop and sustain a business advantage in their space via Key B a n k ’s digital channels.

Maintain and manage multiple and/or changing priorities quickly with flexibility, initiative, innovation and a team focus to drive success
Make sound data-driven judgments drawing from both analytical data sources and qualitative data sources.
Use problem - solving skills that help identify, isolate and resolve problems and issues in a timely fashion to neg at e or minimize customer pain points.
Develop solutions to new and complex issues.

Leadership/Accountability
Serve as primary contact for assigned digital capabilities while influencing and leading cross functional teams and projects.
Develop close working relationships with other departments in the company as well as external contacts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 + years of digital product management experience; preference for candidates with varied experience across the digital product lifecycle.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems management or equivalent preferred
Combination of business depth and technical savvy.
Experience working in a collaborative, agile, and data-driven environment.
Proven ability to drive change through collaboration.
Strong understanding of the digital landscape, technologies, disrupters, and best practices.
Experience creating innovative digital products and services that drive business results.
Working knowledge and appreciation for user-centered design and digital user experience.
Digital native with an inherent interest in technology, innovation and business transformation.
Passionate about leveraging user-generated data and third-party data to create intelligent. software driven customer experiences.
Analytically minded with a desire to be precise with decision making and demonstrated experience using analytics to drive decisioning and results.
