The Corporate & Commercial Bank Digital Product Analyst will be responsible for supporting the digital director and team of product managers to establish a comprehensive business digtal strategy and execution framework to digitize and empower our business and better engage with our clients. The analyst will work at the intersection of business and technology and assist in the formation of a digital roadmap and operating model. They must be able to gather and interpret information and assist with build out of artifacts to support the strategy, including and not limited to: user personas & needs analysis, voice of client, current & future state capability assessments, business case development, and roadmap design.

We are looking for a passionate, multi-disciplinary product analyst who is as comfortable supporting a brainstorm as they are at creating a business case model. We are seeking a critical thinking product analyst who will obsess as much about the customer experience as they will about the business benefit.   • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Relevant work or internship experience preferred.

  • Proven results in analyzing and synthesizing data to inform and influence business decisions
  • Digital native with a clear understanding of digital technology and consumer trends
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and identify activities most important in driving business results
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives
  • Ability to interpret and explain data insights to non-analytical audiences and identify when there are gaps or inconsistencies
  • Report building and design
  • Ability to analyze a business process and determine how it relates to data
  • Proficiency with PCs and standard Miscrosoft Office software.
