About the Job:

Work at the direction of the Lead Marketing Consultant to assist with buying, development, deployment, and tracking/reporting of programmatic advertising campaigns. Programmatic advertising campaigns could include any inventory that can be purchased in real-time on an automated bidding system via an internal demand side platform.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage day-to-day needs of programmatic media campaigns; audience targeting, flight dates, budgets and pacing, optimization, trafficking, and bid management, to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Build and sustain excellent working relationships with colleagues, clients and partner organizations that will enable the timely, accurate and efficient execution of assigned programmatic campaigns.
  • Leverage resources such as third-party data providers and data management platform segments to reach desired audiences.
  • Outline and present programmatic strategies and performance to larger Key team.
  • Maintain understanding of industry trends and opportunities and communicate within Key internal teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • Background in bid management systems, ad trafficking and reporting
  • 2-3 years minimum professional experience in digital media
  • Experience using Adobe Ad Cloud or similar DSP partner preferred
  • Ability to analyze, summarize and interpret complex data and information; can move logically from findings to conclusions
  • Can prepare and present data/findings in a concise and understandable format; via documentation and stand-up presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented; ability to organize and prioritize workload
  • Ability to work independently on relatively complex matters with minimal supervision, while proactively sharing timely status updates and information
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities; capable of operating in a dynamic environment

Highly skilled with Microsoft Office products including: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
