ABOUT THE JOB (JOB BRIEF)

This position is responsible for content development of creative materials that are on brand, on message and deliver on the creative brief in support of Key’s brand and segment strategies. Working in our Creative Services department, you will be developing copy that spans across multiple businesses and platforms including collateral, advertisements, white papers, newsletters, email, merchandising, video, social media and web. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders including marketing managers, designers, agencies and social media managers to develop compelling content within Key’s brand and voice standards. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be able to juggle multiple priorities. We are focused on client centricity, and you will have a significant role in helping us achieve that goal.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in marketing, journalism, communications, public relations, advertising or equivalent
  • 4+ years experience writing for the financial/banking industry is preferred
  • Portfolio that exemplifies a broad range of expertise across web, social and advertising content
  • Expert knowledge and experience in writing for web and social media
  • Basic understanding of web design and how web content is presented visually is preferred
  • An understanding of SEO (search engine optimization) techniques is preferred
  • Experienced using technology for project management and efficiencies, e.g. Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, digital asset management systems, marketing resource management systems.
