The Digital Banking Manager will be accountable for shaping, delivering and managing web services and solutions across all consumer banking segments. They will have accountability for a Digital Product P&L along with product specific KPIs. This role will be responsible for defining a set of multi-year product roadmaps to deliver on Key’s digital strategy and vision for consumer web digital banking services and solutions. With a desire to innovate and think digital first you will drive innovation and engagement of the financial wellness tools provided to clients, with a focus on building out the end to end client experience and achieving maximum engagement and client satisfaction.

Initiate and lead projects to implement enhancements to current digital banking capabilities and help drive innovation while collaborating closely with marketing, technology, product partners, vendors and internal partners to ensure effective deployment of budget in order to maximize our digital investment. This person will also act as a coach and/or may have a small team of other Digital Product Managers.

  • Create highly-engaging consumer web digital banking experiences for Key’s 3+ million consumer clients
  • Bring together diverse, cross-functional teams (including business leads, user experience and design leads, product analysts, engineers, and marketers) to meet established business objectives around digital adoption, engagement and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage the Consumer Web Digital Banking product lifecycle (definition, delivery, measurement and management) with the necessary mechanisms for ongoing iteration and innovation.
  • Ensure the Consumer Web Digital Banking team meets or exceeds goals for digital customer adoption, engagement, sales, performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop new Digital Web Banking services, solutions as well as process improvements based on business objectives, performance, voice of customer, technology developments and market insights.
  • Work with line of business partners to identify key needs, perform gap analysis, assess potential capabilities, and determine market opportunity resulting in a roadmap for consumer Web Digital Banking at Key.
  • Prioritize intake from multiple sources (product team, technology, business partners) and establish and manage to a product roadmap.
  • Oversee the handling of support escalations and quality assurance.
  • Be a relentless product leader that ships on time, with a distinct eye for the intersection of MVP and customer value.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align their needs; building products that matter.
  • Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with partners (e.g. marketing, communications, physical channels) to execute.
  • Identify, analyze and drive potential partner relationships.
  • Ensure Key is an industry leader in digital financial services.


  • 7+ years of digital product management experience; 3+ years of transactional digital product management experience; preference for candidates with varied experience across the digital product lifecycle.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems management or equivalent preferred

  • Combination of business depth and technical savvy.

  • Experience working in a collaborative, agile, and data-driven environment.

  • Proven ability to drive change through influence and collaboration.

  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape, technologies, disrupters, and best practices.

  • Proven expertise creating innovative digital products and services that drive business results.

  • A strong understanding, working knowledge and appreciation for user centered design and digital user experience.

  • Digital native with an inherent interest in technology, innovation and business transformation.

  • Passionate about leveraging user generated data and third party data to create intelligent. software driven customer experiences.

  • Analytically minded with a desire to be precise with decision making and demonstrated experience using analytics to drive decisioning and results.
