Essential Job Functions
Understanding performance in sales productivity of banker execution by accessing and analyzing branch network performance to identify performance improvement opportunities
Leveraging data to identify and execute solutions to improve performance, including but not limited to simplifying existing processes, procedures, tools and systems and creating applicable tools, training, and communications
Building business cases and presenting ideas and recommendations, backed by data and feedback to leadership
Representing the retail network broadly and on behalf of bankers to work with product partners on special projects and initiatives impacting colleagues and clients

7+ years of financial services experience including branch banking
BA/BS or equivalent work experience
Familiarity with and/or background in the Relationship Manager role/concepts
Understanding of Key’s risk and compliance landscape including primary regulations driving the Retail Bank.
Strong attention to detail to ensure risks and controls are appropriately evaluated and prioritized.
Comfort level with working across an organization without boundaries and with a sense of urgency, while also understanding how the people and the organization function.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships among team members, partners and support areas.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent operational focus with an eye towards process improvement and task simplification
Strong understanding of the Mission and Vision of the Consumer Bank
Exposure and experience with Business Continuity and Critical Incident Management
Systems to be used in the performance of the job include: FWR, SBWR, Excel, Outlook, Teller21, KeyCounselor, CE Desktop, GRC, Smart, Word, PowerPoint and Key’s Safe Deposit System.
