Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Change Management -- Develops change management, communication, implementation, adoption, and reinforcement plans for effective execution for the retail branch initiatives. Grounded in measurement of the impact of individual change management tactics.
  • Communications - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create and write communications needed for branch initiatives and change management
  • Utilizes ADKAR methodology as foundation of change management and adoption framework
  • Leverages key performance indicators on critical activities, behaviors, and outcomes to proactively develop targeted actions to increase change adoption and consistency of Playbook execution required to increase FWR-centric sales productivity and deliver upon commitments
  • Leverages commitment to measurement to capture the value created by and capacity of the CM&E team
  • Development and consistent upkeep of all Retail Branch Network Sales tools, training, communications, coaching forms, Playbook and job aids. Leverages various measurement, research and feedback techniques to ensure that all deliverables and actions are designed and delivered from a user-centric perspective.
  • Develops and Support daily branch huddle content to improve sales and service activities.
  • Enables employee readiness and execution of new products, services, and campaigns by partnering with Product and Marketing partners to develop appropriate change management approach.
  • Supports employee change and communication capacity for the Retail Branch Network by leveraging a fact-based prioritization approach focused on value creation.
  • This role partners closely with the Retail Leadership Team as well as the Product and Line of Business Leaders
  • Provide ongoing communication to business partners on changing demands for programs and tactics while managing a team through direct and indirect reporting relationships
  • Understand the competitive environment and the competitions strengths and weaknesses. Leverages knowledge to evolve strategy and anticipate competitive shifts
  • Establishing and tracking performance objectives; managing and evaluating initiatives performance to established objectives
  • This role will also be responsible for identifying/outlining/managing project components that are assigned, identifying and managing dependencies and escalating key program risks and issues as appropriate to the Director
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

EXPERIENCE
  • Change Management Experience in identifying/leading change management
  • Communications and Writing
  • Past experience developing sales process and tools to support – leverages industry best practices as well as explores other industries for innovate solutions to similar opportunities
  • Detailed oriented, strong quality conscious and excellent organizational skills
  • Five years of related Business Experience within a retail organization
  • Three or more years working within a Branch Network preferred
  • Demonstrated ability as a critical thinker and analytical mindset
  • Possesses a strong external network to keep informed and abreast of industry changes, innovation and regulatory oversight
  • Ability to influence without direct management authority
  • Must be familiar with organizational change management methodologies and have demonstrated ability to drive change
  • Very strong and proven organizational and client service skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Advanced PC skills including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to follow through on assignments, solve problems, and make decisions
  • Adept at interacting with senior executives; willing to provide assistance proactively or upon request
