Job Description

Provides Service And Support To Safe Deposit Customers, Including Opening And Closing Accounts Verifying Customer Signatures, And Providing Access To Safe Deposit Boxes. Will Tag Past Due Boxes For Legal Action, Schedule 'break-opens' If Key Is Lost, And Interact With Bank Auditors As Necessary. Responsible To Respond To All Customer Inquiries Regarding Safe Deposit Billings, Rentals, Policies, And Procedures. May Perform Other Branch Duties As Necessary. Position Usually Reports To Service Manager Or Assistant Branch Manager. High School Degree Or Equivalent Required; ABOUT KEY:
