About the Business:

Mitigate financial risk by implementing fraud controls and serving as fraud advisors to internal partners with minimal impact to our clients.

  • Partner with Line of Business on initiatives to provide Fraud insights and recommendations.
  • Create, manage and own the fraud rules to mitigate financial and reputational loss.
  • Support the Fraud Services Team with new functionality, projects and awareness of Fraud trends.
  • Identify and initiate resolution of identified exposure within Line of Business functionality and procedures.
  • Project Team member as a Fraud stakeholder to minimize gaps and risk to our clients.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Primarily focused on execution of complex processing, operational and/or administrative work following defined and sometimes undefined procedures.
  • Understand complex process flows and upstream & downstream impacts along with department strategy.
  • Understand the strategy and implications across Fraud Services and industry best practices with trends.
  • Coordinate resolution of business technology and operational issues.
  • Complete research and analysis of reported Fraud and take appropriate action.
  • Provide responses to internal partners on Fraud application inquiries.
  • Governance, Risk and Compliance testing for required applications and processes.
  • Participate in projects and special initiatives; complete other duties as required or assigned.
  • Ability to handle input from many sources to make sound decisions, exercise good judgment, and achieve stated objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in an operations role; ideally within Fraud Services
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience required
  • College degree preferred
