Job Description

Key Corporate Bank is a full-service corporate and investment bank serving the needs of mid- to large- sized businesses and focusing principally on middle market clients in six industry sectors: consumer, energy, healthcare, industrial, public sector, and real estate.
As the Salesforce Reporting Analyst within Key’s Corporate Bank, the candidate will be responsible for the Commercial CRM salesforce dashboard design and reporting. This role will support business leaders in designing and implementing their unique sales management reporting.
  • Assist in the coordination of Strategic Drill Downs, ensuring all lines of businesses are seamlessly incorporated into the drill down process, including cadence, reporting, etc.
  • Extract information from various enterprise applications and provide actionable business insights that are usable by leaders, executives and sales officers.
  • Serve as a liaison between Line of Business stakeholders and the data stewards to ensure business initiatives are properly aligned.
  • Provide support to ensure that all Line of Businesses products and revenue are appropriately represented in reporting.
  • Assist with sales management reporting using various tools (i.e. SFDC Classic reporting and Einstein Analytics).
  • Leverage, the profitability application (CRISP/OFSAA) for various analyses and reporting requests.
  • Represent the Corp Bank on enterprise projects to ensure its information needs are met.
  • Identify various patterns and trends around relationships, transactions, products and revenue across Corporate Bank LOBs.
  • Translate business needs into clear information and reporting requirements.
  • Establish effective working relationships at various levels of the organization.
  • Build strong relationships with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and KTO.
  • Act as a liaison between the Corp Center Salesforce Team and Business Stakeholders to assist in Data Mapping exercises, sales process definition/documentation and data analytics.
  • Act as a point of contact for reporting needs in support of Salesforce activities.
  • Develop Salesforce dashboards; extract data from and other enterprise applications.

  • Three to five years of experience as an analyst, including an understanding of business unit functionality and some technical skills
  • Action oriented and able to work with limited supervision.
  • Demonstrated understanding of enterprise data and ability to develop and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Detail oriented and able to prioritize and manage multiple ongoing projects.
  • Executive presence and ability to effectively navigate all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to excel in a team-based environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Detailed oriented, with the ability to communicate at varying organizational levels

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or other related field.
  • Financial Services experience a plus.
  • Database management, query writing, report writing, and/or data quality experience.
  • Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Some JSON experience
