Job Description


  • Lead a team of analysts who use quantitative techniques to understand and predict consumer behaviors, manage risk, produce insights and inform business decisions. Work in partnership with line of business (LOB) leaders to deliver optimal results against business strategies, complex initiatives and project-level tactics. Effectively bridge the gap between quantitative experts and business leaders, and formulate and communicate cross-business recommendations to senior LOB leaders
  • Successfully manage a matrix of intra-business priorities while maintaining cross-business visibility, lead multiple projects in order to reach long/short-term goals, and serve as the primary contact with primary clients. Understand and utilize various analytic tools including reporting, visualization, classical analytics and predictive modeling
  • Pursue individual, team and LOB goals and create an environment that promotes high employee satisfaction

  • Provide in-depth analytical support for core business functions; conduct complex analysis on a variety of data and research; communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely for senior management
  • Quantify product valuation by conducting exploratory client analytics and validating analyses, leading to fact-based decisions on product investment prioritization
  • Utilizes various analytical tools to achieve optimal business results; integrate external consumer, market and competitive data into analyses as needed
  • Develop foundational reporting as required by business partners, and transition developed reports to automated reporting team
  • Design metrics/methodologies to evaluate the effectiveness of decisions


  • BA/BS in a quant-related discipline (Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc); MA/MS desirable
  • 7+ years of analytical experience in consulting, business or related field
  • Ability to engage business leaders in discussions about their strategies and priorities, and to ask relevant questions that lead to actionable insights
  • Ability to lead within a matrix, and manage resources to simultaneously support individual business priorities; ability to deliver coordinated/comprehensive analytical solutions
  • Ability to communicate findings of complex analyses in a clear and concise manner to business partners
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills. Knowledge of statistical techniques and data mining concepts and approaches. Experience in applying statistical analysis to solve real world problems. Ability to manage and execute complex statistical data analysis.
