Job Description

ABOUT THE JOB

The Auditor is responsible for participating in internal audits of various business functions with a focus on capital markets.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The Auditor will be responsible for the following:

  • Documenting walkthroughs, including identification of risk and controls, under the supervision of the Audit Lead.
  • Documenting testing performed in accordance with IIA and internal standards.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

The Auditor should possess the following skillsets:

  • Desire to learn consumer compliance regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in order to meet established deadlines.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and teammates.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

0-2 years of relevant experience

PREFERRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Relevant certifications/licenses include:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
  • Series 7
  • Series 24

*Position may be located in either Cleveland or Buffalo
