This role serves as a single point of contact and owns client onboarding experience from start to finish for new client set-ups serving as the primary point of contact to internal (Operations, Technology, Product, Key Bank vendors) and external partners (client project teams, third-party vendors) to ensure a seamless and efficient implementation of services. This position will also serve as the backup to the lead transmissions support analyst and support all projects requiring transmissions including but not limited to onboarding, testing, client training, system upgrades, and disaster recovery. Members of the team are expected to ensure a seamless, accurate and efficient implementation of services for our clients through a working partnership with Small Business, Business Banking and Middle Market onboarding. Onboarded products for this role include KeyNavigator, Key Capture, ACH Origination & Receipt, Electronic Payment Authorization, Wires, Key2Business, Positive Pay, CCD, ARP, Transmissions, Sweep and/or ZBA.


As part of the Expedited Onboarding team, this position plays a significant role in the new client onboarding experience. As such, the chosen candidate can expect to be responsible for numerous tasks simultaneously and remain the focal point for many levels of inquiry; including client, internal partners and leadership. Tasks can be (but not limited to):

  • Develops a complete understanding of all products, processes, and systems utilized in the onboarding of various products and services offered
  • Excellent teamwork skills and steady contribution to increasing functional knowledge of those around them
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and promoting a culture of high performance, quality, positivity and inclusion
  • Provides a superior client experience to both internal and external clients through the KeyValues concepts
  • Coordinate client meetings, internal partners, and any other required collaboration
  • Basic Business Analyst and Project Management skills to drive an implementation to completion
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, policies and industry regulations
  • Provide support and representation for corporate initiatives

The successful candidate will come to work each day with a detail-oriented emphasis on ownership, accountability and committed follow through. In doing so, they must be a self-starter with the ability to work with little supervision.


  • Bachelor’s degree, 1-3 years banking or cash management sales experience or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced PC and MS Office skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Approachable, easy to talk to and composed – deals with high stress levels effectively
  • Demonstrated accountability, both individually and collectively
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to set priorities
  • Superior problem solving, analytical and communication skills
  • Comfortable setting expectations with team members and internal partners and Sr. Leadership while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Proven service delivery excellence with “Best in Class” client focused service mindset
  • Limited travel as needed
